At Back East Apparel we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied we're here to help. Please review our return/exchange policy below:


Eligibility:

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.


Return/Exchange Process:

To initiate a return/exchange please send an email to shop@backeastapparel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the order invoice or packing slip.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days.


Refund/Exchange Options:

Refund: You will receive a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges.

Exchange: We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item. If the requested item is not available we will issue a refund.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

Final Sale items such as clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Return/Exchange Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
